Default bleeding clutch system on car

I have read many threads on bench bleeding, but I have a problem with my master cylinder. The guy who had it before me, for some reason actually welded the bolts to the firewall. I have never seen someone weld the bolts on parts that might fail. This is why I want to leave it in the car for now. If I have to the I will chisel off the weld. Does anyone have any ideas on bleeding the master cylinder on the truck. I have tried so far my brother pushing the pedal and I open the bleeder valve, and the drip method of leaving the bleeder open and topping off the reservoir with fluid, but no luck so far.
