Im going to assume by your user name that your truck is a 98 (next time add some vehicle info to the post, better yet make a sig) and if that is the case Rugged Ridge (formerly known as AVM) is the only company that makes a conversion. they are simple and easy to do and dont require anything special to do it..

now that changes things a little. warn and milemarker both make manual hubs for the pre 98 rangers. when i converted my 96 over i bought the warn hubs then i had to buy the warn conversion kit along with them. the swap is pretty straight forward, the instructions in the kit are good. if you want to go a cheaper route you can try and find a set from a junkyard, just be sure to get all the spindle nuts and retainers.

thanks bro.....in my searches over the past few days, Warn seems to be the way to go. I appreciate your help.
