Yes, Dana 44 axles mostly but you will have to find an earlier year model Bronco unless you feel like shorten a fullsize truck Dana 44. You can put under any axle you want...but you will have to shorten it unless it came in a small pick-up.
You can also find a Dana 30 unless you just find a Ranger 4x4 and call er done.
Converting is a pain some. Lots of time and $$$$$. Do you have that? If so, go ahead.
Lots of modifications need to be done.
It's according to the rear end. I mean if you have a small engine or small block v8...most rear ends will hold up. Unless you have 700hp+..or so.
Most will swap to a 9 inch.....
