Default Help please...

So I just installed on my passenger side a new upper ball joint as well as a cv axle on that side and now when I turn right I hear this noise that sounds like riding on the shoulders of roads. I've tried turning the 4X4 on and off thinking maybe it was switched or so but I'm not sure when I turn left its all normal and not even full right turns and it will still make that noise and seem jumpy. I'm at a loss for now I was going to get it aligned today and hope that fixes it but it really doesn't pull at all so not sure if thats the issue. If anyone can help me in anyway it would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Michael
