ranger axles for mustang five lug conversion for my ranger?
i have 3 axles and posted before but this about sums it up.
i know there is a cheap way to convert four lug mustang axles to five lug using the left side axle from the two ranger axles but i do not know the year of the axles and one is a 7.7 and an 8.8(ranger axles) and an 8.8 mustang axle. does anyone have a list of part numbers that will work for this swap (IE the years compatible of ranger axles with part numbers?) Help my tires are being raped!

Mustangs & Rangers both share the 28 splined axles......so any Ranger 7.5 or 8.8 will work in a Mustang 7.5 or 8.8....you just have to check the axle tag or code to see what rearend it is.
