Hey I just picked up a 5 speed Ranger w. push button 4X4. First thing i did when I bought it was try and see if the 4x4 worked on the street to be safe. I hit the butotn and dont feel/hear it engage, yet the light next to the button lights up and on the dash it shows its in gear. I really hope its nothing major because i dont have a lot of cah on hand at the moment but since its not winter and I'm not a hardcore wheeler (yet) its not that big of deal. I'd still like to know whats goin on and how to fix it.
