Default Diff swap

I purchased a refurbished 3.73 Ford LSD to swap out my open 3.73 on my 07 xlt with, and was wondering if I would need any other parts to go along with the swap? Never replaced one myself and would like to have everything together before I start looking for estimates.

If anyone down in NC would like to make a buck doing it for me, pm me.

The only thing that comes to mind are new u-bolts for the springs. Some times you can reuse the old one and they will torque ok, other times they will strip and you're screwed. Better to have them on hand just in case. I ran across that when installing new springs and the threads or the nuts stripped out on me.

I was quoted $275 for the install, be I provide the gear kit.

I've done some pricing, should I get the half gear kit or the the master install kits?

About $65 difference.
