Angry new axle seal's leaking

I have a 95 ford ranger at has a 8.8 rear end. The driver's side axle seal was leaking. So I put a new bearing and seal in both side's just because I had it all apart. But it still leak's on the driver's side I cleaned the axle off were the seal goes. Any advice on this?:
I have a 95 ranger 4wd it has a 2.3 with a 5 speed trans. It has a 3" axle lift, and a cold air intake.

Default Re: new axle seal's leaking

What brand of seal did you use? From my own experience its better to use the genuine Ford seals. I installed new aftermarket seals and they leaked within a week. The ford seal has a gasket on the inner ring to seal it down to the diff. housing that the aftermarket didnt have. Not much difference in price either
