Welp, two days after I spend the 400 I saved up for wheels and tires, my slave cylinder took a shit. I was at a redlight and I couldnt get it in gear. Cars were beeping at me while I was trying to tell them to go around lol. Anywhoosers, I jammed it in 1st gear and limped it to where its now sitting in a parking lot in town. Does anybody know how much money it will cost to get it fixed?

it varies sometimes you can find a deal. around here the lowest price is 800 bc the tranny has to come out. i just replaced mine myself. its really not that hard just gotta have some help if you don't have a transmission jack. and be careful slamming it into gears you could break the shifter fork and cause internal damage like i did. you can drive it home. put it in gear before you start your truck be sure to hold the brake when doing this bc the truck will start going. once you get going shift to second around 15 mph then to third at 25, 4th at 35 and 5th at 45. if you read your owners manual it will tell you the perferred times to shift at including the speed and rpms.
