Default 1993 Ranger wont go into any gear

My clutch is working fine, I replaced the throwout and master and bled. I can see it physically moving as far as it should, however, the 93 Ford Ranger 4.0 will not go into any gear. When I had the transmission out, I turned it over to get rid of all of the fluid. Did something let loose? It is stuck in reverse, the shifter is in the correct way but will not go into any gear. Any ideas as to what I should look for inside? I am going to take the transmission out tomorrow and start looking inside.
In appreciation, Wes

With the motor running it would only stay in reverse. The clutch would stop the tires but I could not shift it into any gear. I took the transmission out today and it was still stuck. I took off the top plate. I sort of reset everything to I believe neutral position and put the cover back on. It goes through the gears real smooth. I believe it is fixed. I will know tomorrow when I put it back in. I had a heck of a time bleeding the clutch master. The best thing that worked for me was to take the master cylinder bolts out and pull the cylinder into the engine compartment about a few inches. I had my son hold it up as high as possible. I had my other son pump the clutch and I bled it. This let out a ton of air that I could not get out with it mounted in the car.
