Default No power

I recently swapped my 03 tremors flex fuel 3.0 to a 05 Taurus non flex fuel. Threw a bearing on 200k motor, so desired to just swap. But to the point. Engine is running excellent, other than a rough idle. When I am accelerating it seems to have no power. Engine is taching as normal, not excessively, but it seems to just have no acceleration. Also I can feel a slight vibration through the steering wheel as long as my foot is on the accelerator, when I remove it it feels silk smooth. Also when climbing up a hill it is horrible slight hills can have me going from 60 to 45. I am thinking maybe torque converter is going out? It is throwing no codes, and making no sound other then the idler pulley, going tweak tweak tweak. Also I change transmission filter before reinstalling engine, there was a bit of anti seize looking metal tar built up on the magnet in the pan. Also the brass press in bushing on the bellhousing looked kind of rough.
