Default Steering shafts

Hello everyone,

So I have a 2000 ford ranger, and it's got a bad lower steering shaft. But I've been unable to find this part at all, I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem or if I'm a unique case.

Thanks for your help,
Mike

The lower section may be part of the rack.

It's the piece that connects to the steering rack.
