Default Clutch pedal in down position

Hi all came across a 98 b2500 which I plan to fix up. First order of business is the clutch. No visible leaks of any kind. Clutch pedal doesn’t come back up after I push it down. Should I bench bleed the master? Replace the master? Replace the slave? Thanks!

Does I have fluid in the reservore, or maybe a broken spring.

Fluid was low when I got it. I put some in and bled the slave which seemed to bleed fine. Which spring are you referring to? The one at the slave?

Possibly the pressure plate springs are broken. That's an odd one..

Here is what my pressure plate looks like with clutch stuck in down position. Is it a goner?

BTW, the master cylinder is fully bled and seems good.

Looks like its time for a new clutch, pressure plate and disk, along with resurfacing the flywheel, and a new slave cyl.
