I am going to purchase an 8.8 - 4.10 rear end with disc brakes out of a 2011 Ranger. My question is. What size wheel do I need to clear the calipers? A guess would be 16" but it would work out terrific if 15" would work.

'94 Ranger 5.0 project.

I run 15" Tire on my '03, Drum Brakes, the Front was suggested to run 16 but the disc brakes worked ok.

Find a set of 15" wheels and try them, see if any thing hits, make sure you maintain clearance all the way around.
