A yeah ago I personally replaced the slave cylinder master and clutch because i lost the pedal and said screw it might as well do it all because im dropping trans anyways.
Well im kinda ticked off im having issues again. Its actually strange because its inconsistent. Sometims it works better then other times.
The clutch pedal has decent pressure and the clutch dont start engaging till inch or so out from floor and has good travel through out releasing the pedal and the clutch engaging. Which makes me feel like my system is ok.
Could it be trans fluid? I believe i used dex 5 when replacing fluid. Ive heard of synchronizer been talked about just unfamiliar with what it does exactly. Could it be that?
Like i said its just hard to get into gears at times. Always feels sticky, once rolling, 3rd 4th and 5th seem to go in decently.
Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated thank you!

Try to push the clutch all the way to the floor and put it in reverse does it grind at a stop or feel excessively tight? If so I bet you still have air in the hydraulic lines, these systems are a bitch to bleed in the truck. Perfection clutch has a video on YouTube about the rangers clutch hydraulic system and how to bleed it properly air gets trapped in the back of the master cylinder by where the pushrod goes in and causes the clutch to drag. My 94 had similar issues before I sold it the issue was the hydraulic system and I had the same symptoms as you do now. They would go away with bleeding the clutch and it was even better after I switched to pennzoil synchromesh fluid. Many people are going to knock me for saying this but i had nothing but good results from it. Please update if you need any more assistance
Ps if the issue happens only while driving it's syncros if it happens while stationary and driving it's a clutch dragging issue. All a synchronizer does is speed up or slow down the input shaft to the speed of the output shaft in the transmission making gear changes easier
