I had a very sloppy shifter so I installed new bushings in the shifter.
When I pulled the shifter lever out of the transmission I could hear something shift inside of the transmission.
When I installed the new bushings and put everything back together, the shifter was in the neutral position, but the transmission is stuck in reverse.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pull the shifter back out, with a light look down in the trans at the shifter mech, one rail will be out of line, using a large screwdriver, move it back in line, replace the shifter and go.
