4 wheel drive not engaging? Punch out the center screen carefully on the edge. Remove the screen. Push in the center with your finger akl the way it clicks hubs locked. Push in halfway until it clicks hubs unlock. You may have to remove the cover to clean and greSe the inside for smooth operation. Hope this helps

Are you sure it's halfway to unlock and full to lock? For some reason that seems backwards from memory.

Just reach behind the hub and try to turn the axle if it spins free it’s not locked
