Default I need a lift

What's the most cost effective way to lift my 1994 Ford ranger 4x4 not looking to spend more than $500

I haven't lifted my ranger, but in my experience in lifting my jeep, going cheap was a HUGE mistake. $500 doesn't seem like it would be enough for a quality lift.

The only thing your gonna get for that $ is a front leveling lift of 1.5 or 2 inches. After that an the alignment you will be under 500.00

Body lift is about your only option then. They run 200ish, assuming you install it your self.

You could get coil spacers or leveling coils as well to level the truck off. But, you may be over budget after the alignment and camber bushings (assuming this is done in conjunction with the body lift).
