Default Rear Brake Pads

I have a 2010 ford ranger 2.3 motor single cab it has rear brake pads and pads on front ive changed the front the back didn't need them yet but now they do. Do I do the rear brake pads the exact same way as the front or is their difference?

The rear brakes also have the parking brake shoes/mechanism inside the rotor. It's worth checking adjusting that also. My right side was rusted and the lining fell off the brake shoe.

Go get a chilton or Haynes manual, they explain in great detail but if you have any mechanical ability you should be able to learn enough to get you by
