Default nasty jolt!!! help

so i have a 2000 xlt 4x4 offroad. if i start moving from a stop, the entire drivetrain from the rear differential all the way to the engine jolts foreward when a load gets put on it. i found that the rear U-bolts were semi loose so i torqued them down a little. that helped but its still doing it.
anyone else have this problem? also there is a loud revolutionary squeak in the drivetrain somewhere, idk if its the ujoints or something else. any help would be awesome...
