Default Front Right Roaring Sound, Slow Speeds

2005 FX4 off-road SOHC 4.0 105k miles, Im getting a vibration/roar sounds at low parking lot speeds when turning and even louder turning right, at first I thought it was wheel bearings so I ordered new ones both fronts and replaced them ( Timken Brand ) the noise still occurred next I did a fluid change on my front diff since its the original fluid and I never use the 4x4 and the fluid was dark and normal looking for old diff fluid no milky coloring, noise still occurred so Im thinking it could be the inner axle shaft/stub bearing that's behind the seal, also my passenger side axle shaft seal is leaking going to replace that soon if its the bearing I want to have one on hand if that is the problem, Has anyone had this problem or know the fix, don't know what my front axle is think its a Dana 35 maybe ? but any information will help

Yes it is a dana 35 and If you can't find any problems with cv-joints or u-joints you may need to look at the differential side gears and differential pinion gears and bearings. They can cause a growl in a tight turn if there loose or chipped.

+1 on a CV. With 4wd off I don't think a front u joint would cause your problem as it should not be engaged.

Never said anything about the CV or U joint I was asking about the inner bearing that's behind the seal that the CV sits on

So what your saying is to remove the Diff and inspect the parts ? The sound is coming from the far right side where the intermediate shaft accepts the CV axle that's why I think it's the shaft bearing

This noise is only while moving? nothing while stationary turning the wheel and stuff?

Yes low speeds (5~15 mph ) turning in the parking lot, its even louder turning left and if it does it when Im driving down the road I dont know I have mud tires and that over comes any sound of a bearing, also when Im stopping at slow speeds you can kinda feel it vibrate the cab.

You already jack it up and do a shake test on everything? Look for play in the driveshaft? Starting to make me think u joint since you can feel it in the cab
