A4LD to C5

Hey guys,

I have a '92 Sport 4x4 with a 2.9L and A4LD and recently discovered that it is possible to swap the weak A4LD for a stronger C5 transmission, with some modifications, of course.

What I'd like to know is if anyone else has heard of, or seen it done, and could possibly point me in the direction to learn more. I haven't been able to find any pictures/videos of said swap, yet and would be greatful for any help provided.

I have a 93 xlt 3.0 a4ld that is junk, would like to put in c5 or 4-5 speed man. want to know same thing as you , what will work. mike
