Default Powertrax vs auburn

Which is better for the front axle in a 2000 ford ranger 4x4 offroad, the auburn max lock or the powertrax lock right, just wanting to know if one is better than the other before I buy one. Thanks

Don't know about the auburn, but the lock right I had in my rear axle lasted less than a year, it started unlocking and locking while going down the road in a strait line and would jerk the truck left or right hard.

I would look into a lokka locker for the front. Operates a little different than a traditional locker. Would be a litter easier on your front CV's.

Google Lokka lockers. There cheap and a lot less than the others and have great reviews.

Nothing works as good as a welded diff. You're probably a certified welder so it should be a cake walk

Powertrax is a brand.

However yes, The LOKKA is a lunchbox style automatic locker (not a selectable setup)...similar in function to the No-Slip / Lock-Right models made by Powertrax & the Max Lock by Auburn - plus others.

You obviously haven't learned shit, you don't even know how to quote your fucking self properly.

What the fuck is wrong with you, why would you not accept what people who obviously know well enough to advise that you should weld your differential and call it done. There is no need to spend 4 to $500 when all you have to do is weld it
