Shift stick has extensive lateral movement
Hi, the shift stick of my manual transmission has an unusual wide lateral range and I am wondering what causes it and how to fix it.

You didn't mention a year or trans model, but if its 88 up, they make a kit to fix it with, simple job too.

. Reason: add link to kit and asking if it is the correct one.

Sorry, I had to say that... A lot of people complain about the amount of movement, but if it got worse, that is understandable
