Fluid coolers

I need a new external tranny cooler (leaking), was thinking of going to summit racing and getting one similar in size. And secondly I was replacing both outer tie rods, right front axle, and changed the oil. But when I was looking things over I noticed that my truck was a tube that is bent in a long u and that was a "cooler" for the power steering and was thinking of replacing it with a new cooler with fins. What every ones thoughts? And no stupid comments about 6.2l

Leave as is. Replace like for like. A finned cooler would just be over kill for the steering

Update I found a cooler about double the size of the original one should work even better!
