I'm still working out all the kinks. I found a thread on another forum that pretty much has a play by play of what this guy did. He explains how he got around the PATS system and the rev. Limiter.

Or what a thought. Drive it to the dealer. Swap the computer to the manual one. And have pats flashed at the dealer into the new computer. And boom. Truck thinks it's manual. Mine doesn't know that it was ever a auto truck at all.

Yes that will do the job, but I just paid 109$ for 1 (ONE) key to be programmed, the stealership will do the job but I cant afford them

If you can't afford to do it right. Just forget it. One key and program a computer for pats is two different issues. Call and find out.

Agreed. I am collecting parts for it now and will do it all over summer sometime.
