Default hydraulic clutch problems

1999 Ranger has a leak in the clutch somewhere. Resevoir has to filled all the time and sometimes won't go into any gear. When it does go into gear it goes in very hard.

Default Re: hydraulic clutch problems

First look under the dash at the rear of the clutch master cyl, they do leak sometimes, if not there, remove the inspection plug on the trans bellhousing, look inside with a good light for signs of fluid in there, also check both ends of the supply line for leaks.
