Default Regearing to 4:10's

I researched with little to find but I would just need a 7.5" ring and pinion for the front? (obvious for the rear)

No your front axle is a Dana 35 - Standard Rotation (used in the Rangers from 1998 until it's death).

Fiiine - Keep the gas cap & buy a new truck w/ 4.10's - replace gas cap. Problem solved.
