Regearing to 4:10's
I researched with little to find but I would just need a 7.5" ring and pinion for the front? (obvious for the rear)
Example of what I'm looking at:

No your front axle is a Dana 35 - Standard Rotation (used in the Rangers from 1998 until it's death).
If you're buying gears, here is a great ring & pinion product finder (Upper left corner): http://www.ringpinion.com/

Oh and Logan would you only buy a install kit since my truck is such low mileage right?

Fiiine - Keep the gas cap & buy a new truck w/ 4.10's - replace gas cap. Problem solved.
