No, it should be fine, just make sure you put the additive in there for the limited slip or you'll burn it out. Fluid changes will also be more frequent. I believe the synthetic is considered a "life time of the vehicle" fluid where as regular gear oil is to be changed at something like 100,000 miles. People on here recommend every 50,000 miles I believe. The info you are looking for is also in the owner's manual.
