Ok, so I replaced the clutch plate...Now I know the hydraulic clutch is bad. But now as of a few days ago, when I am in first and second gear, not giving it much gas and clutch isnt pressed in...There is a squealing that almost seems as if its going with my wheels. reereereereeree

It has only done it a few times, only once when I wasnt turning. and if I push the clutch in, it goes away, if I get on it, it goes away....It only does it when little to no throttle and at low speeds like first and second gear. Sounds like its coming from the back.

Brakes dont affect the noise...Just pushing in the clutch or getting on the throttle.
