Default 1991 4cyl manual transmission mount

The cross member that mounts under the transmission (1991 manual) is about 75% rusted out on one side. Hundreds of thousands of miles on gravel roads. I have a very good used cross member to put back in, but one of the rubber bushings has some damage. There is a hollow tube that goes through the bushing with a bolt through it. I can't get the bolt out of the hollow tube as it was bent in the removal. But the tube with the bolt in it is out of the bushing. I can't seem to find any parts numbers in this area. I may be able to use the complete bushing from the old cross member, but if I can't I want a number I can use to get a new one. Any ideas of where to look or an actual part number would help. A picture out of a parts manual would be better yet.

I have a great junk yard cross member. That truck must have leaked a quart of oil every hundred miles as it has absolutely no rust. When they took out the transmission at the junk yard they didn't remove all the bolts on one side. They pushed the cross-member out of the way. That bent the bolt that goes through the rubber cushion which is now stuck in the barrel that it fits into. So I really just need the barrel and the bolt. Actually I can get by with just the bolt.
