Default 4.10 to 3.55 axle

hey everybody im looking for a little better gas mileage and i currently have an R7 limited slip axle with 4.10 gears, i was wondering if it would be worth it to swap it out for th R5 limited slip axle with 3.55 gears?

depends on the type of driving you do. if you do all highway, it could help but it will kill your around town mileage. 3:55's will make your already under powered 3.0 work that much harder to get you up to speed and keep it there which in turn uses more gas. id stick with the 4:10's.

I wouldn't go any higher than a 3:73 with a 3.0...you will loose too much power

If you do ditch the 4.10 do like John said and go with 3.73
