if you can find one, get a C4 and culhane bellhousing. I beat on my 5r55e for 4 years, and it tooke it like a champ. only problem i ever has was the flare shift that i fixed on a weekend.

how much power were putting putting through it?? And how much torque? I think mines going out because it really doesnt like shifting from 2nd to 3rd, or reverse. Like the other guy said its basically and electronic C4. Im guessing a shift kit wouldn't hurt would it?
