Default What tools are needed to drop driveshaft

Waht socket is needed to drop the driveshaft on a 99 4x4 range?

if recall you need a 12 or 13 mm 12 point socket.

The rear driveshaft is pretty easy - 12 or 13mm box end wrenches will get the job done. The front may require a Torx driver.

Both sides take a socket on my '98. I helped the previous owner change u-joints on it.

Thanks, dropped shaft and changed u-joints past weekend and was not difficult at all. Thanks for all the help.
