Exclamation transmission make grinding noise

i have a 2004 ford ranger with 5 speed. i just had to replace the slave and master cylinder last week. After that when i push in the clutch at a stop or put it in 1st or reverse. it will make a grinding noise and it will shut my radio off and the radio will turn back on. This doesn't happen every time. i replaced the clutch and pressure plate last year march. Someone please help me out on what to do.
