Re: added too much tranny fluid
If you have a tranny cooler just disconnect one of the lines and drain it out. You MIGHT have to start the truck up (it will flow out pretty fast then) to get enough out. Just to a little bit at a time.

Re: added too much tranny fluid
If you have 2 lines the run under your radiator on the right hand side then you probably do. Follow those up and they would go to a smaller radiator in front of the one that cools your motor. You will see that each line is secured with a hose clamp. Just undo one of the lines.

Re: added too much tranny fluid
You could always use something like this to extract the fluids from the top:

Re: added too much tranny fluid
That would only work if you could touch the end of that to the transmission fluid.

Re: added too much tranny fluid
IMHO, Since you have to do something to get the fluid out. This is the perfect time for a Tranny drain plug mod.
1/8 drill bit (for metal) $3
1/8 Pipe tap $8
3/16 plug $2 (for two)
Teflon tape $2
How to.....
Drill, drain, tap, tape, plug, fill, Done

Re: added too much tranny fluid
put in a remote tranny filter. 30 bux from summit an you can change some oil tranny fluid when you do oil changes. uses a standard ford engine oil filter an uses a liter.
