Talking i beam

Ive bent 2 diff beams in the past month so i added a 1/4 steel plate to the front shouldn't bend now

dont believe it. what you did is to just change where it will bend, your welds will act as a stress riser and transfer 100% of the stress to one location. You would have been better to do the entire surface rather than a small patch

What the heck are you doing where you are bending these things all the time? I pretty much thought they were bullit proof for a relatively stock truck, but I guess you proofed me wrong.

i built the truck to wheel and whatever weak point there is ill build better

Yes and for the past 10 years Ive spend building trail rigs, mostly Jeep Cherokee's but a few fords.

Trust me I dont know it all, guys here are teaching me things about these here Fords all the time.

I didn't necassarilly mean you know the all the answers, but you know how to plan ahead and not screw it up, and take your time and do it right the first time you do it, instead of having something go horribly wrong lol
