Hydraulic clutch is self adjusting by design. I learned and then proved that the best parts to use were Luk, which are OEM, I'd recommend you consider the same. Very straightforward job.

I've never bought a clutch kit, preferring instead to buy components. I went to the stealership for the pressure plate and disc, but I'd expect to find them online today. Maybe have a look at rockauto.com. BTW and while you're in there, and in light of the labor required to get in there, I would suggest installing a new slave cylinder + throwout bearing and a pilot bearing. I went with Motorcraft on the pilot bearing (cheap, maybe $15 or so?) and Raybestos on the slave + bearing; $100ish rings a bell but I didn't shop tuff on that one so you might do better. That brand has been around forever, I've used them for decades and won't hesitate to do so again. The stuff I would run from are cheap, low quality knock offs/replications/imitations made in china, taiwan, zing pong, long dong.

*If you do the slave, you might want to first read about bleeding the hydraulics. There is a great youtube vid done by a shop showing how to do this. they can be stubborn to nearly impossible to bleed with the master cyl in the vehicle. Just review they vid so you have an idea what you gotta do. Lots of people struggle with this, don't join the crowd.
