Smile HELP! f150 driveline swap into 94 lifted ranger

so heres the deal, I recently bought a 94 ranger with a 6 inch lift, and 2 inch body lift, it had a toasted carrier bearing so I went and had a new bearing pressed on, well now it vibrates due to the angle of the drive line. I am not a fan of the 2 piece driveline. the guy who I had bought the truck from, had tossed in an extra driveline, except its an f150 driveline, he said the swap works, but ive done countless hours of looking online for anything. the only thing I can find is people putting a 98+ driveline in them, I am trying to skip the process and money of having a 1 piece driveline built, granted the one in my truck is extended and balanced. and also the 2 piece driveline, the u-joints are shot so it vibrates and makes a loud noise when I let of the throttle and I don't feel like putting money into a driveline I will later swap. I have measured the drivelines, and it looks like they are both about the same length, but the only thing is the guy was saying something about I need to put my flange off of my driveline where the slip yolk is, on the f150 driveline for it to bolt up to the transfercase because it is a 1/2 ton driveline, not a 1/4 ton. and I am having a hell of a time finding the right u-joint to be in there, ive went to local auto parts stores, didn't help because they had no idea what I was talking about. so if anyone knows what u joint it will take, or has any info on this swap, please let me know! she's my DD!

94 danger, 82k 6 inch skyjacker lift, 2 inch body, 35x12.5 r15 kevvys. 4:56s, ARB locker in front, warn manual hubs, f150 1 piece driveline, 62mm throttle body, cold air, shorty headers to a flowmaster, 5 speed 4.0. freshly rebuilt explorer 8.8, 2 12s, kenwood deck, 12k hid, led blinker and tail lights, 1 peice headlights, purple pre runner winch bumper (truck color) smittybilt 10k winch, 15% tint in front, 5% in back.
