Default spongy clutch

have a 2003 ranger level 2 with the manual transmission. transmission was starting to get a little hard to shift so I figured it was time for a new slave and master cylinders. decided to replace clutch and pressure plate since I had to drop the tranny anyways. got it all put back together and bled the system. everything worked good for about a month and then was having the same system issues as before. re bled the system thinking I didn't get all the air out. tested again and worked fine for about a week and then the same issues started happening. followed a pin point test which directed me to replace the master cylinder. thinking I may have got a bad part I replaced the master again. all seemed to work good for about a month again and then back to the spongy pedal. bleed it again and it will work good for awhile each time I bleed the system and then im back to where I started. its getting frustrating and Ive tried every possible way to bleed the system I know of including bench bleeding the master before if put it in. any tips or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Default Re: spongy clutch

Hey man, did you ever find the solution to your problem??? I am having a very similar issue...Replaced clutch, master cylinder, slave cylinder and bled it at least three times. Each time its fine for a month or so then starts to act up again. Its driving me mad!
