The front bumper and valance I bought used. It just happened to be white. Since mine is a '93 I had to make my own brackets, that's why the bumper is crooked. I still have to adjust it. I'm not sure what the '01 bumper brackets look like, but I'm pretty sure the frame horns on the '98+ are the same width, so it might bolt right on.
