I used led replacement bulbs and to even out the hot spots I used led strips.

You have to wet sand the gauge face to get rid of the green color.

And because we have orange needles you have to rig up some with leds to light the needles just because blue and orange dont mix.

Thanks for the info. Guageso look great! My bulbs are clear and gauge face is tinted green. Haven't pulled apart yet, what did you use?? I really am afraid to go led because I don't like the Hotspot. Thanks again
