Yeah you have to put the screws down close to the slots for the OHC clips. The wiring wasn't all that hard to do. It was pretty much the same for as what the OP said in the thread in my signature. Holler at me if you have any questions. I had a few questions when I was doing mine so maybe I can help you out.

hey i saw that you installed an ohc on your 3rd gen. im thinking of doing one in my 3rd gen. did you notice any wiring differences? also did you use the different how to for the mounting location? thanks a lot.
