yes it does. its really not that loud actually but it sounds like my truck is turbocharged now. sounds pretty cool

A lot of cosmetic mods the looks on it are diff like color matched headlights and corners. There is absolutely no chrome on my ranger all but the lug nut which will soon have powder coated black nuts soon. Led tails. Along with more.
