gosh is it me or does that clay bar put ur shoulder to work? im sore and it didnt turn out like ur guys i got that meguiers kit and its not like yours. what else do you use?

A Clay Bar will NOT remove any defects in your paint. Meaning it will NOT remove scratches and swirls and such. What it WILL do, is remove debris (over spray, fallout, dirt, etc.) that is embedded in your clearcoat that a normal wash will not be able to remove. Another way of looking at it; a clay bar will "smooth" your paint, not by filling anything in, but removing stuff stuck in your paint.
