I parked my brand new ranger by a sprinkler the other day and it sprayed my truck. Caint get the water spots off the paint and Windows. Please help!!!

for the windows, i recommend a good glass cleaner and 0000 Fine Steel Wool

Wtf, i get that all the time, i just wash the truck and it comes right off.
