I agree.... the Meguires "back to black" is amazing and will definately do the trick. Here is a before and after of my front bumper (oxidized to almost a greyish white up in the corners) and the Meguires brought it back to a showroom shine.
After Using the Meguires:
Hope this helps!

Pics/attachements don't work for me for some reason...
Also, I just wanted to note that I used this product on my sideview mirrors as well as on my interior floor panels (I have the all rubberish stuff kind, no carpet) and on my rear bumper, they all look brand new again! The possibilities seem endless.... lol

Yeah when I had my 99' splash I would use tire shine on all my black textures, it gives it a nice shine

I got some on my paint when doing the window trim moulding, and I just took a clean rag and wiped it off. I don't know about letting it dry on the paint... but you will not have any problems on the front&rear bumper valences and the mirrors and stuff.

This stuff is the best! Its pricey but you get what you pay for. Does not ooze off of tires and makes plastics look brand new.

scrub the wells out with soapy water, spray the entire thing with armor all and let it soak for about an hour. Wipe it down and then spray meguiars natural shine interior cleaner and cover it. Wait about 30 minutes and wipe it down. I can't add a pic of what it looks like, but lookup Mirror Auto Detailing on Facebook and check out the wheel wells i just did on some dodge pickups! It takes a bit of time but the end result last a long time and nothing will really stick to it that bad afterwards!

Just wanted to put an update.... its been Weeks since the time I did the backtoblack application, bunch of car washes, rain storms, and highway commutes with nasty crap going all over the bumper, and the bumper is still looking good and black. You can finally see that the front may need to be re-applied a little next week, but it only takes one minute to do, just wipe on and your done.
