Use a clay bar. You buy the kits at any auto parts store.

Clay bar may be the best bet

How bad is it? Is it just a little or a lot

If ALL else fails, a tiny dab of gasoline on a rag.

But you should definitely go with the clay bar for that. It will work. It's something everybody who cares about their finish should have anyway. Get the area wet with water, then gently rub (no need to press hard) the clay bar over the area and it will pick up everything.

I have gotten line painting paint off my cars using easy off oven cleaner, spray it and let set for only 5 minutes and wipe it off, throw a coat of wax on the spot after the paint is gone

Clay bar. Get the blue. It's more agressive. A good autobody supply shop will carry it.
