Have you tried any sort of fresheners?
I would take the dash apart, spray all the areas I could with a diluted car soap, let it sit for a while then while it off and then spray some sort of febreeze, pledge ( yes the wood stuff) or sc1 in there and not wipe it down as thoroughly so the smell will sit in there. Also they make air event fresheners that I have used a few times and I liked it for the few days they lasted.

havin't tried much of anything yet, lol. i wiped it down quick with some simple green before i installed it, but as long as the weather holds out this weekend i'll be pulling it back apart to clean it up better. i do like the pledge idea, that stuff smells good, lol.

if you've got white letters, simple green, scrub lightly with a scotch brite pad (white or green) and rinse. works amazing!

high power pressure washer. takes care of all my curb rash on tires, dirt, dust, mud you name it. let them dry and put a coat of your favorite tire dressing. me personally would put clarity 1, or sc1 on them

not sure how you managed that, but i you could probably get any sort of plastic safe cleaner and use some elbow grease with a rag.

use a degreaser on them with a tire brush then pressure wash off. spray the degreaser on a with your tire semi wet, let sit for a minute then scrub with the brush, wash off with pressure washer and put some Meguires Hot shine on them and they look like new everytime!!

How about the black plastic inside of your wheel wells? You know, behind your tires.
