Angry Re: Different ways to remove defects from your paint

I tried using a product called Goo Gone bc auto zone told me it would work and it didnt do a damn thing. Im just thinking of wetsanding it with 2000 and 3000 grit sandpaper but im scared of messing of the clear/paint on my truck. Wat do u guys think? Im open to any advice. I will take pics and post it so u guys can see it.

I just put a sweet shine on my 89 Ranger with Surf City Garage's Beyond Clay Paint Polish. Minor scratches and swirls disappeared--took off build up from being parked under trees and not detailed in a while. Washed it first, then used the Beyond Clay--simple simple simple.

If its the scratch remover yes it does good on surface scratches but anything deep its just point less and I have used the wax and it works well but not as good as others like turtle wax and etc
